*Complimentary shipping on all orders of $75 or more.  Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade to order. Depending on the availability of stones, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped; however, most orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Due to high order volume during the holiday season, your items may take longer to ship than usual.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and promptly report any damage or discrepancies in their received order within 3 days, as we cannot accommodate claims of missing or damaged items beyond this timeframe.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.  If the item happens to be out of stock or unavailable, we’ll let you know by e-mail and get you an estimated delivery date.  All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS.

Please note that we no longer ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.

Return shipping (within the continental US only) and exchanges are complimentary when you use our prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed upon request for every eligible order.  Unworn merchandise** can be sent back to Mickey Lynn, Inc. within 15 business days of receipt of product for a full refund.  Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.  

To make a return or an exchange, simply email us with the reason for the return and we’ll issue an RA#. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise in a corrugated box, the original invoice and a return form. Please mark the exterior of the box clearly with the RA#.  Please note: RA#’s are required for a return. Items authorized for return must be postmarked within 5 days of RA# issuance.  

Holiday return policy:  For the 2023 holiday season, all merchandise purchased November 15th, 2023 or later can be returned for a full refund or credit of the original price paid through January 15th, 2024 as long as the merchandise qualifies for a return, per our established return policy.
