Return Policy

Please note: Our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy. Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 10 days for exchange or store credit only.

Online Orders
  • Free return shipping (within the continental U.S. only)
  • Unworn merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 10 business days of receiving your order
  • To initiate a return or exchange:
    - Please contact customer service via email at sales@mickeylynn.com or by phone @ 404.214.6077 between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, EST.
    - We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA#) and a prepaid return label
  • Returns must:
    - Be securely packaged in a corrugated box
    - Include the original invoice and return form
    - Have the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box
    - Items must be postmarked within 5 days of RA# issuance
    - Items received worn, damaged, or in altered condition will not be accepted
In-Store Purchases
  • Items purchased in-store may be exchanged within 10 days for exchange or store credit. This includes all fine jewelry.
  • For the 2025 holiday season, all merchandise purchased November 15th, 2025 or later can be returned for exchange or store credit through January 15th, 2026.
Final Sale Items
  • The following items are final sale and not eligible for refund:

    - All custom/special order jewelry
