MLink FAQs

Appointments

Yes! Please use the online scheduler to make your appointment. If you don't see an available timeslot, that means we're fully booked.

We are unable to accept walk-ins, so please ensure you and any guests each have their own appointment scheduled.

Please arrive right on time! We will likely have appointments before and after you, and our studio can only accommodate one party at a time.

If you made multiple appointments as a group, please come in together :)

1. When you arrive at our studio, we'll help you select the chain(s) and charm(s) you want from our current collection. Our selection of chains and charms is always changing, so choosing your favorite may be the hardest part!

2. We will size your chain to a suggested fit, then adjust until it's the perfect fit for your comfort.

3. Using a precision laser, we'll weld your chain in place and add your charm selections. This may create a spark of light that is harmful to the eyes, so be ready to look through your phone camera if you want to watch! Don't worry- it won't hurt :)

4. Once the welding process is finished, it's time to admire your new MLink jewelry! Payments can be made by debit or credit card in or studio, then you're good to go!

Your $40 deposit reserves your timeslot and will be applied to your chain purchase. Our appointments book up fast, and we want to make sure no timeslots go to waste. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit will be refunded or applied to your new time. This can be done using the link in your confirmation email.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appoinment.

All appointments cancelled after the 48 hour window will forfeit their deposit.

Our address is

75 Bennett St. NW Ste. P1

Atlanta, GA 30309

Detailed directions to our door will be sent in your appointment confirmation via text or email.

Chains and Gemstones

Our selection of chains varies as we're always looking for new styles.

All chains are solid 14k gold. Prices will range from $97 - $450.

Absolutely! All of the chains and charms we use for MLink jewelry are made from solid, 14k yellow and white gold.

Yes! We do indeed offer custom sized MLink rings using the same chains and charms available for other MLink pieces.

We offer the following for birthstones set in 14k yellow gold:

February: Amethyst | $93

March: Aquamarine | $93

August: Peridot | $93

September: Sapphire | $93

October: Tourmaline | $93

November: Citrine | $93

December: Blue Topaz | $93

Unfortunately no. We only weld the chains and charms that we sell so that we can control quality and comfort.

We do not adjust permanent jewerly that is not ours.

We choose delicate chains for their minimalist appearance and ease for everyday wear. Should your bracelet get snagged on something and break or stretch, we will do our best to repair it for you. Put it in a safe place and come in to see us!

Please note, Mickey Lynn is not liable for lost chains.

Yes, if you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, it can be fairly easily cut with kitchen scissors. If at all possible, cut the ring that attaches the chain together to ensure the cleanest look. Re-welds cost $10.

Nope! TSA doesn’t ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. Your MLink jewelry can travel with you all over the world!

Not at all! We use a precision laser that targets a tiny spot on the chain without touching you- you won't feel a thing! We recommend that you look away from the spark of the weld or watch the process through your phone's camera.
