Found only in the Dominican Republic, a recent discoverer named this rare beauty after beloved daughter Larissa and el mar - the Spanish word for ocean. True to its name, larimar evokes the soothing tranquility and dancing waves of the Caribbean sea while also promoting open communication between loved ones. With its vivid blue hues and unique textures, larimar is one of our favorite stones to integrate into designs that honor our love of the sea.
