Our team members should...
Have some prior jewelry making experience. Speedy and accurate wire-wrapping, crimping, and beading is our bread and butter. Metalsmithing isn't required, but would be the icing on the cake!
Have some knowledge of gemstones, an eye for color, and design experience.
Be able to work independently and quickly to accurately produce jewelry based on samples and pictures.
Have strong organizational and communication skills along with a sense of personal accountability.
Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude!
