I'm new to Mickey Lynn and need help placing an order

We sell to luxury spas and resorts, specialty boutiques and museum stores around the globe.

It's easy! Just click HERE to fill out the application form. It takes just a few minutes to register. Once approved an email will be sent to you confirming your account status and you will receive a follow up phone call from a Mickey Lynn Representative.

About My Order

All of our jewelry is handcrafted to order; because of this our lead-time is approximately 3-6 weeks from receipt of the order.  When your order is received, you will be contacted with confirmation of receipt as well as provided with the X-factory date.  Your order will leave our studio as soon as it is ready and no later than the X-factory dated quoted to you.  We do understand situations arise when you need orders earlier and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When an order is received, we will call or email you within 24 hours to provide you with confirmation of receipt and a ship date.

Placing Your Order

When you're an approved wholesale account, we will send you an email with wholesale login information.  Logged in as a wholesaler, you can shop on mickeylynn.com just like a regular retail website.  When you check out please let us know your ship date in the notes area and click 'CHECKOUT.  You'll next see a confirmation of shipping address and 'SUBMIT ORDER'.  Once received, we'll send you a confirmation email within 24 hrs with an attached estimate and upon your approval, we'll get started creating your order.  Also know that if this process feels uncomfortable to you, we still welcome emails and call-ins too.


No, we do not ship directly to your customer.  We only ship directly to your store.

You will automatically receive a tracking number for your order via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are based on the delivery location as well as the weight and value of the package.  Usual shipping costs are $13 for East Coast and $17 for West Coast.  Back orders always ship free of charge.

All of our jewelry is designed, handcrafted and shipped to you from our studio in Atlanta, Georgia.

We use UPS Ground to ship all orders unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the UPS service map (use zipcode 30309) to determine transit time from our studio to your store.

Repairs and Returns

All of our jewelry is handcrafted to order especially for you and therefore we do not offer returns.  We DO want to create a long lasting relationship and will work with you to make sure you have the right product in your store.
