To make a return or an exchange, simply email us with the reason for the return and we’ll issue an RA#. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise in a corrugated box, the original invoice and a return form. Please mark the exterior of the box clearly with the RA#. Please note: RA#’s ARE REQUIRED FOR A RETURN. Items authorized for return must be postmarked within 5 days of RA# issuance.
