All in A Day's Work
'Tis the season for trunk shows...and we've been having a blast traveling to see some of our favorite retailers! One of our latest and favorites was our trip to see our friends at Soca Clothing
in Birmingham, Alabama. They have been the #1 selling store of our Petite Druzy Bar Necklace
in the country, and the Mickey Lynn fans that came out to see us at the event were amongst the nicest people we have ever met.

While in my old stomping grounds, we were able to enjoy the local treasures of the city. Who knew you'd find such an amazing cocktail scene in these parts, but The Collins Bar
is definitely at the top of our list for favorites in the country. You won't find a cocktail menu here, but as long as you have an appetite for libations, the best thing to do is trust your bartender. We did just that, and enjoyed sipping delicious cocktails that we've never had before. The food was on par as well, and I'm still dreaming of the upscale rendition of pigs in a blanket featuring bourbon glazed pork belly.

Feeling confident post cocktails, we were lucky enough to score tickets to see St. Paul and the Broken Bones
at the Alabama Theatre. This was our first time to see the soulful six piece band perform, they had just finished touring with the Rolling Stones this year and have quickly risen to fame. Paul Janeway's voice and energy will put a smile on your face, bring you to tears and give you goosebumps all in one night- I highly recommend giving them a listen if you love soul music.
Thank you Birmingham for an amazing time. We can't wait to come back, there was so much we didn't have a chance to do!
